  You may return unworn, unused items within 7 days of the shipment date for an exchange. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange, also include name of item, size and color.  Items must have all tags attached.  Please be aware if you return  garments  that have cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant or makeup, jewelry or ring snags, etc., the return will not be accepted and it will be sent back to you.
